PROGRAM NOTES

Every Sunday
Matthew Ka Git Wong (San Francisco, California)

Welcome to our Sunday service! We are happy to have you and please stay a moment afterwards so that we may meet you. As we begin our service please take some time to pray and focus in on yourself and where we are.

Worship song
“You First Loved Me” – Matthew Ka Git Wong

Testimony
A journey of discovering what love means. Beginning from a child’s perspective and growing into desiring acceptance, being needed, being wanted, and being seen. Going through the difficulties of (re)defining love and the inner turmoil of church, family, friends, childhood teachings, lovers, and most of all, what it means to be myself.

Closing
An invitation opening to new connections. Sounds contributing to the culmination that represents the acceptance I have today.

Flute Mitch Stahlmann (Minneapolis, Minnesota)
Violin Pétur Eggerts (Reykjavík, Iceland)
Synthesizer Chari Glogovac-Smith (Las Vegas, Nevada)
